3. Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your rewards points and any related account information. This includes taking precautions to ensure that your points are not accessible to others without your consent.
4. In-Person Verification
Rewards points can only be redeemed through in-person verification at the register. While Ra Shop will take reasonable measures to verify the identity of the individual redeeming points, Ra Shop is not liable for any errors or fraudulent activities that may occur during this process.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ra Shop shall not be held liable for any system errors, point expiration, or other issues related to the operation of the Program. In the event of a system malfunction or error, Ra Shop reserves the right to adjust points balances or take other corrective actions at its discretion.
